Orders & Shipping:

When will my order arrive?
Most products ship directly from our partner warehouses. You will receive a tracking link once the order is on the way. Delivery times vary by region, typically five to ten business days.

  • U.S. standard shipping is anywhere from 3-10 business days. Usually a week.
  • International standard shipping is anywhere from 6-14 business days.

I ordered something digital. Where is my download?
Files are instantly available to download through your email address. Files are automatically sent  to the email used at checkout. If you do not see them within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find them, email hello@happyspoils.com with your order number and we will resend the files.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order.


Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Why do I see two charges?
Some banks display a pending authorization before the payment clears. It will disappear automatically once your order processes.

Are prices shown in USD?
Yes. Prices are listed in USD, and your bank will handle any currency conversion for international purchases.


Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund?
Digital products are final sale. If a file does not work or never arrived, we will make it right.
For physical items, you may request a return within Seven (7) days of delivery if the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return?
Email returns@happyspoils.com with your order number and a brief note or photo if relevant. We will handle the rest.


Products & Availability

Are all products in stock?
We keep core items stocked year-round, although limited drops or specific colors may sell out quickly. If something is out of stock, select “Notify Me” to receive an alert when it returns.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.


Accounts & Access

Do I need an account to shop?
No. Checkout is quick and easy without an account. Creating an account allows you to view order history and access digital downloads.

Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. You can sign in with your Google account using the social sign-in option on the login screen.


Sustainability & Ethics

Do you ship sustainably?
We use recyclable materials whenever possible and work with low-waste manufacturers and digital-first fulfillment to reduce impact.

Where are your items made?
We partner with trusted suppliers in the United States, Europe, and Asia, vetted for quality and ethical standards.
